What kinds of credentials will I need to present when I pick up my rental?

For Victorian licence holders, we require you to present your driver’s licence on pick-up of your rental. For residents living in Australia with an interstate or international licence, as well as seeing your licence we require proof of residency address; for example, a bill with your name addressed to your current place of residency. Finally, for those travelling from overseas, we will need to sight your international licence (and international driver’s permit if the licence is not in English) and passport.
